论商业楼宇节水评估的重要性

摘　　要：近年来随着城市服务行业的迅速发展，产业结构的不断变化，商业楼宇作为一种新兴的服务行业重要载体，数量增长迅速，也部分取代了传统的宾馆、餐饮、办公等产业用水形态成为了城市服务行业用水的消耗主体。通过对商业楼宇不同用水定额指标下水量分析及对非传统水资源的利用分析，论证节水评估的重要意义，防止落后的用水工艺、用水技术、用水设备存在，将水资源的浪费杜绝在项目建设之前。In recent years, with the rapid development of the city service industry and changing of industrial structure, commercial buildings as an important carrier of new service industry, whose number has a rapid growth, has replaced the traditional hotel, restaurant, oftice and other industrial forms, becoming water consumption subject of service industry. Based on the analysis of different water quota and nontraditional water resources utilization of commercial buildings, it proves the significance of water saving evaluation,and it can Prevent the existence of backward water technology, water eqtupment, and it will eliminate the waste of water resources before the project construction.
