摘　　要：目的：探讨绿药膏治疗小儿静脉输注葡萄糖酸钙外渗的效果。方法：选择小儿静脉输注葡萄糖酸钙外渗的患者60例，，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组采用绿药膏局部涂抹。对照组采用50％硫酸镁湿敷。观察2组疼痛缓解时间和炎症消除情况。结果：2组患者临床观察，观察组总有效率点96．67％，对照组总有效率占66．67％，2组差别有统计学意义（P＝0．003）。结论：采用绿药膏外敷治疗小儿静脉输注葡萄糖酸钙外渗效果显著，安全，经济，操作简便。Objective：To discuss the effect of the green ointment treatment for gluconate extravasation intravenous infusion in children was investigated.Methods：60 patients for calcium gluconate extravasation in pediatric intravenous infusion were chosen and randomized into observational and control groups.Each group included 30 patients.The green ointment was local daubed in observational group.The hydropathic compress was adopted by50%magnesium sulfate in control group.The time for easement of pain and the condition for inflam-mation eliminating in the groups were observed.Results：The total effective rates in the clinical observation were 96.67%and 66.67%, respectively.The discrepancy in the groups was meaningful in statistics （P=0.003）.Conclusion：external application of the green ointment had better effective in the treatment for gluconate extravasation intravenous infusion in children.It should be safe, economical and convenient to operate.
