摘  要:为了对输电线路杆塔结构设计规范进行较为系统且准确的可靠水准评估,基于DL/T5154—2002《架空送电线路杆塔结构设计技术规定》,对输电塔不同受力构件设计表达式的可靠度展开相关研究,分析了杆塔构件荷载、抗力的统计参数及其影响规律。考虑风速、结构重要性系数及风荷载重现期的影响,对设计表达式的可靠度水平进行了精细化评估,考察了我国杆塔现行规范的可靠度水平。In order to make systematic and correct evaluation on reliability level of design specification for power transmission tower structure,relevant research on reliability of design expressions of different stress components of the power transmission tower was developed based on DL/T5154-2002 technical regulations for structure design on overhead power transmission line tower.Statistic parameters of loads and resistance of tower components and influencing laws were analyzed as well.Considering wind speed,structure importance factors and affect of wind load reappearing period,refined evaluation on reliability level of design expressions were made.In addition,reliability level of current specification for the tower in our country was investigated.
