新疆草食畜牧业发展问题的思考——以新疆博乐市阿热勒托海牧场阿热勒托哈村为例

摘　　要：发展草食畜牧业对于推动新疆开展新一轮农业产业结构调整具有重要意义。文章通过对新疆博乐市阿热勒托海牧场阿热勒托哈村草食畜牧业的发展情况进行典型分析,发现养殖技术水平低、饲草料短缺、金融支持缺乏是制约当地草食畜牧业发展的主要因素。文章提出了促进肉羊养殖方式转变、发展规模化饲草种植、加快科技创新和推广、强化金融保险支持等政策建议。The development of herbivorous animal husbandry has important significance in the adjustment of agriculture in Xin Jiang. This paper analyzed the development level of herbivorous animal husbandry in the country of Aralehatuoha,Bole city Xinjiang,and found that the restricting factors of this industry were due to low breeding technique,shortage of forage,and lack of finance support. It also put forward some policy countermeasures including changing the breeding method of mutton sheep,improving the planting scale of forage,accelerating the innovation and popularization in science and technology,and strengthening the financial and insurance support.
