摘　　要：根据倒置A2O污水处理工艺,讨论了其控制系统的集成方案和构架,采用PLC设计了基于Ethernet/IP的多处理器分布式控制系统。提出了系统的集成方案,重点讨论了多主站的系统设计,并给出了软件设计思路和过程及通信网络的设计,并对现场上位监控设计进行讨论。实际运行证明该污水处理控制系统工作稳定可靠,完全满足设计要求。According to inverted A2 O sewage treatment process,the integration scheme and its control system architecture were disscussed,and the multiprocessor distributed control system based on Ethernet / IP was designed using PLC. System integration scheme was presented,and the design of multi-master system was focused on and software design ideas and processes were given.Communication network was designed,and position monitoring site design was discussed. Actual operation proves that the sewage treatment control system is reliable,fully meeting the design requirements.
