推拿结合智能理疗治疗肩-手综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察推拿结合智能理疗治疗肩手综合征的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,每组各30例。治疗组:推拿结合智能理疗。对照组:口服消炎痛,强地松,患肢手部给予冷-温水交替浸泡。两组疗程均为2周,治疗3个疗程,每个疗程间休2周。观察并记录患者临床症状的变化,记录两组治疗前与治疗后,第1个疗程结束后、第2个疗程结束后、第3个疗程结束后的视觉模拟(VAS)量表评分结果。结果第1个疗程结束后总有效率:治疗组为63.3%,对照组为76.7%,两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第2个疗程结束后总有效率:治疗组为83.3%,对照组为60.0%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第3个疗程结束后总有效率:治疗组为90.0%,对照组为46.7%,两组总有效率比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论推拿结合智能理疗治疗肩手综合征疗效显著。治疗3个疗程后的效果明显优于口服消炎痛,强地松及患肢手部给予冷-温水交替浸泡。Objective To investigate the curative effect of manipulation combined with intelligent physiotherapy to treat shoulder-hand syndrome. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group were given manipulation combined with intelligent physiotherapy,and the control group were given oral administration of indomethacin,prednisone,and the hand of the affected limb was given cold-warm water alternate immersion.Both groups were treated for a course of 2 weeks for 3 courses at two weeks＇ intervals between the courses.The changes of clinical symptoms of patients were observed and recorded,and visual analogue scale（VAS）score results were recorded in both groups before and after treatment,at the end of the first treatment course,the second course,and the third course. Results At the end of the first treatment course,the total efficiency of the treatment group was 63.3%,while 76.7% in the control group,showing no difference of statistical significance（ P〈0.05）.After the second treatment course,the total efficiency of the treatment group was 83.3%,while 60.0% in the control group,showing difference of statistical significance（ P〉0.05）.After the third treatment course,the total efficiency of the treatment group was 90.0%,while 46.7% in the control group,showing difference of high statistical significance（ P〈0.01）.Conclusion Manipulation combined with intelligent physiotherapy to treat shoulder-hand syndrome has clear curative effect,and the curative effect after 3 treatment courses is remarkably superior to that of oral administration of indomethacin,prednisone,and cold-warm water alternate immersion of the hand of the affected limb.
