体育疗法在涉核特勤疗养中的应用

摘　　要：在现代高技术战争背景及各种复杂环境条件下,涉核官兵所必需具有的坚强意志和强健体魄是顺利完成各项军事任务的保证。如何有效提升涉核特勤疗养人员的体能状况仍然有待进一步研究探讨。本文从涉核特勤疗养人员的特点、涉核特勤疗养的必要性、体育疗法的组织与实施以及存在问题和改进措施等方面进行阐述,为如何将体育疗法合理应用于涉核特勤疗养人员体能训练提供一些有益的内容和参考。In the background of modern high technology war and complex environmental conditions,nucleus-involved officers and men must have a strong will and a robust physique,which can ensure the successful accomplishment of various military tasks.It still needs further research and discussion about how to effectively improve the physical stamina status of the nucleus-involved special service convalescents.This paper carries on the elaboration from the following aspects such as the characteristics of nucleus-involved special service convalescents,the necessity of special service recuperation,the organization and implementation of physical exercise therapy,and the existing problems and improvement measures,which provides some useful information and reference on how to make reasonable application of physical exercise therapy for the physical training of nucleus-involved special service convalescents.
