多排螺旋CT诊断肺韦格肉芽肿价值

摘　　要：目的：研究多排螺旋CT对诊断肺韦格肉芽肿的确诊效果。方法：回顾性分析我院14肺韦格肉芽肿患者的多排螺旋CT影像资料。结果：双肺多发结节影患者13例；11例患者结节内形成不规则空洞；3例患者结节周围出现供养血管征；6例患者出现多发结节合并肿块；7例患者出现胸膜下楔形病灶；3例毛玻璃征；4例患者支气管管壁增厚扩张；2例伴右肺中叶肺不张及双侧胸腔有积液；1例结节钙化。结论：多排螺旋CT对定性诊断肺韦格肉芽肿有显著效果。objective： to study the multiple row spiral CT in diagnosis of pulmonary wiig granuloma confirmed effect. Methods： a retrospective analysis of 14 patients with pulmonary wiig granuloma row helical CT image data. Results： 13 cases of patients with pulmonary multiple nodular shadows; 11 patients within the nodules form irregular hole; Three patients around the nodules appear to support blood vessels）; Multiple nodules observed in 6 patients combined mass; Subpleural wedge-shaped lesions was obsered in 7 patients; 3 cases of frosted glass）; 4 cases of patients with bronchial wall thickening expansion; The middle of 2 cases with right pulmonary atelectasis arid bilateral pleural effusion; 1 case of nodular calcification. Conclusion： multiple row spiral CT has significant effect on the qualitative diagnosis of pulmonary wiig granuloma.
