摘　　要：中医以独有的宏观辨证理论为指导,对糖尿病的治疗注重整体调节。当前,糖尿病的治疗中,中医药疗法可以减轻西医疗法出现的不良反应,并增强其疗效;在改善症状等方面亦明显优于西医疗法,而且疗效稳定、不良反应少、价格较低廉。随着中西医两种不同体系的医学相互碰撞,如何做到西为中用,中西医结合将会是研究的热点。中医可借鉴西医的微观论,吸纳西医的辨病观,以更好地发挥中医药防治糖尿病的优势,为中医药走向世界做出贡献。TCMis guided by the unique macro differentiation theory,and the treatment of the diabetes pays attention to the whole adjust-ment.At present,in the treatment of diabetes,TCMtherapy can reduce adverse reaction of Western medicine therapy,and enhance its efficacy;in improving symptoms also significantly better than western medicine therapy,and stable curative effect,less adverse reaction as well as cheap price.With the collision between two different medical systems in western medicine,how to do it in western medicine will be the hotspot of research.Chinese medicine can learn from the micro theory of Western medicine and absorb the western medicine to identify the disease to better play the advantages of TCM Prevention and treatment of diabetes,for the world to contribute to the world.
