瓜蒌薤白白酒汤合丹参制剂治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察瓜蒌薤白白酒汤配合丹参制剂治疗不稳定型心绞痛(unstable angina pectoris,UAP)的临床疗效。方法:将82例UAP患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组40例,对照组予卧床休息、扩张血管、抗凝抗栓等常规西医治疗;治疗组则予瓜蒌薤白白酒汤配合丹参制剂(复方丹参滴丸+冠心宁注射液)治疗。治疗后观察两组患者的临床疗效、心电图改善情况以及血液流变学相关指标。结果:1对照组有效率为80.0%,治疗组有效率为92.8%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2两组患者电图改善情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3两组患者D-二聚体水平比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05);4两组患者全血黏度及纤维蛋白原水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:瓜蒌薤白白酒汤配合丹参制剂治疗UAP疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Tang with Salvia preparation in treating unstable angina pec-toris（UAP）.Methods：82 patients with UAP were randomly divided into the treatment group（42 cases）and control group（40 cases）. The control group was treated with bed rest,vasodilator,anticoagulant and antithrombotic and conventional western medicine treatment and the treatment group was given Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Tang with Salviae preparation（CSDP ＋Guanxinning Injection）treatment.To observe the correlation index such as the clinical efficacy,ECG changes,blood rheology of the two groups after treatment.Results：①In the control group,the effective rate was 80.0%.The treatment group efficiency was 92.8%.Comparison of the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.②Comparison of ECG improvement of two groups of pa-tients,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.③Compare the D-poly levels of two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.④Compare the blood viscosity and fiber protein levels of two groups,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.01 ）.Conclusion：Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Tang with salvia preparation is effective in treating UAP.
