滋水清肝饮治疗抑郁症不寐临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察滋水清肝饮治疗抑郁症不寐的临床疗效。方法:将276例抑郁症不寐患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各138例。对照组采用帕罗西丁治疗,对照组在治疗组基础上加用滋水清肝饮治疗,共治疗6周。治疗前和治疗2周、6周后使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表、不良反应量表判定疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗6周后两组患者汉密索顿抑郁量表评分较治疗前有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率96.00%,对照组有效率86.00%,两组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组不良反应量表评分比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:滋水清肝饮治疗抑郁症不寐疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Zishui Qinggan Yin in the treatment of depression insomnia.Methods：276 patients with depression insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,1 38 cases in each group.The control group was group treated by Paroxetine and the treatment group was given Zishui Qinggan Yin treatment based on the control group,a to-tal of 6 weeks treatment.Use Hamilton depression scale （HAMD）and adverse reaction scale （TESS）to judge the curative effect and adverse reactions before and after 2 weeks and 6 weeks treatment.Results：Compared the HAMD scores with before treatment,there was significant difference（P 〈0.05）.The effective rate was 96% in treatment group and 81 % in control treatment.The two groups had sig-nificant difference （P 〈0.05）.Compared the TESS score of two groups,there was no significant difference（P 〉0.05）.Conclusion：Zishui Qinggan Yin in the treatment of depression insomnia has remarkable curative effect.
