白玉散外敷治疗黄褐斑临床研究及对患者血清SOD、CAT、MDA的影响

摘　　要：目的:白玉散外敷治疗黄褐斑临床疗效及对患者血清超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、丙二醛指标的影响。方法将90例女性黄褐斑患者随机分为治疗组、阳性对照组和空白对照组,每组各30例。治疗组外用白玉散治疗;阳性对照组外用千白氢醌乳膏治疗,空白对照组外用0.9%氯化钠注射液治疗,1个月为1个疗程,连续用药3个疗程后观察3组的临床疗效及不良反应。另取健康女性30例作为健康对照组。3组黄褐斑病例治疗前后与健康对照组均进行血清超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、丙二醛水平的检测比较。结果:治疗3个月后,3组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组患者治疗前后临床皮损总积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组患者血清超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、丙二醛指标检测比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白玉散外敷具有明显的抗氧化、调节黑素代谢的作用,治疗黄褐斑取得了较好的临床疗效,且安全性好,无明显的不良反应。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Baiyusan external application in treating chloasma and impact on serum superoxide dismutase （sod）,catalase and malondialdehyde index.Methods：90 female chloasma patients were randomly divided into treatment group and positive control group and blank control group,30 cases in each group.Treatment group was treated with Baiyusan. Positive control group was treated with Hydroquinone Cream and blank control group was treated with external use of 0.9% sodium chloride,1 month for a period of treatment.Observe the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of 3 groups after consecutive 3 pe-riod treatments.Choose another 30 cases of healthy women as healthy controls.Compare the serum levels of SOD,MDA,CAT of treat-ment groups with healthy control group.Results：After 3 months treatment,compared the clinical efficacy of three groups,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）;Compared the clinical skin total integral,serum superoxide dismutase （sod）,catalase,malondi-aldehyde index of three groups before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Baiyusan external application has obvious antioxidant and melanocyte regulation.Baiyusan has achieved good clinical effect in treating chloasma, safety,no obvious adverse reactions.
