摘　　要：处于转型期的中国,社会阶层结构面临整合与分化,其中"橄榄型"的中间阶层正悄然崛起并逐步扩大。农民工是中国社会的特殊现象,作为新兴的产业工人,他们融入到中间阶层队伍的通道并没有真正打开,需要为农民工群体进入中间阶层创造更好的条件,从而使这个缓冲层成为构建社会主义和谐社会的重要基础。The new demand has come into being from China transformation. The social stratum structure is changing. The so-called olive structure is growing in China.The migrant worker is a unigue phenomenon in China. As new-rising industrial workers, some of them are becoming members of the middle class. However,there are still otstacles for them to be come nembers of the middle class. The attempt to reconcile people with people can remove impediments to construct harmonious socialist society. Reasonable structure is an important foundation to build a harmonious society.
