摘  要:鼓泡塔是化工领域一类重要的气液接触与反应装置,近些年的研究难点集中在计算流体力学(CFD)放大模拟和内构件流体力学两个方面。今从实验技术、流体力学模型、内构件影响三个方面综述了当前鼓泡塔反应器流体力学的研究进展。首先分析了现有的各种流动测试技术的优缺点,随后评述了气液鼓泡塔的多相湍流模型和各种相间作用力本构关系的表述形式,介绍了本课题组近来提出的气泡径向力平衡模型与双尺度能量平衡模型。最后,总结了当前为数不多的有关竖直列管内构件对流动影响的几种不同的实验结果,给出了分析与解释,并对内构件的模型化与模拟工作进行了介绍。Bubble column is a kind of gas-liquid contacting and reaction apparatus in present chemical industry. Challenges in recent research and development focus on two aspects: computational fluid dynamics (CFD) for scale up, and hydrodynamics with the internals. In this paper a review on the progress in hydrodynamics of bubble-column reactors is presented. The attention focuses on experimental techniques, fluid dynamics models and the internal impacts. Firstly, advantages and disadvantages of existing techniques for flow parameter measurement were analyzed. Secondly, the applicability and shortcomings of present gas-liquid hydrodynamic models and various inter-phase force constitutive relations were evaluated. Two models, the lateral force balance model and the two-scale hydrodynamic model developed on energy balance by the author's group, were then introduced. Finally, current experiment works and the diverse results on the flowing effect caused by the pipe bundle internals were summarized. Analysis and explanation for the inconsistency were made, and modeling for the internals was presented.
