摘 要:以乳酸/丙三醇有机锆为交联剂,羟丙基瓜胶为稠化剂,研究了羟丙基瓜胶凝胶的流变性(黏弹性、触变性)及其交联流变动力学,获得了羟丙基瓜胶交联过程中黏度、黏弹性模量随时间的变化关系,并考察了剪切速率和温度对凝胶形成的影响,建立了交联流变动力学模型。结果表明,交联羟丙基瓜胶凝胶具有明显的黏弹性和触变性;一级交联流变动力学模型可描述羟丙基瓜胶的交联流变动力学过程,模型参数物理意义明确合理。Rheological properties (viscoelasticity and thixotropy) and crosslinking rheokinetics of hydroxypropyl guar gels crosslinked by lactic acid/ glycerine organic zirconium were studied using hydroxypropyl guar as a thickening agent. The changes of viscosity and viscoelastic modulus as a function of time under crosslinking processes were measured, and the effects of shear rate and temperature on gel formation processes were investigated and crosslinking rheokinetics model was established. The results show that the hydroxypropyl guar gel demonstrates obvious viscoelasticity and thixotropy. The first order rheokinetic model can be used to fit the hydroxypropyl guar crosslinking process, and the physical meanings of the model parameters are well-defined.
