摘　　要：有效的自然遗产管理体制是做好自然遗产保护管理工作的制度基础。通过对四川、湖南等地深入调研,分析了目前现行管理体制,自然遗产的保护和管理状况以及存在的问题。文章从自然遗产的概念和范围、管理现状、自然遗产保护对管理体制的要求、现行自然遗产管理体制利弊等方面进行分析,提出了完善我国自然遗产管理体制的政策建议。The effective natural heritage management system is the basis of doing the well work of the natural heritage protection and management. By deep research of Sichuan, Hunan and other provinces, the paper understands the protection and existing problems of the current natural heritage management system. According to the concept and scope of the natural heritage, the current management situation, the requirements of the management system,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the current management system, the authors put forward some policy suggestions for implementing natural heritage management system.
