摘 要:文章基于纯保费法,构建了在固定流动资本为比率和实际值两种情况下的森林保险毛费率和保额计算模型,经举例计算,模型运行准确。本模型可以计算不同条件林分在不同保额下的最佳费率,也可以计算在不同费率设定下的单位面积保额,为商品林按价值保险的方案设计提供了一个框架性的精算工具。在模型实践应用中,需要对森林灾害发生概率、保险公司的成本、利润等进行调查;林业部门和林业研究人员、保险公司、保险研究人员应密切配合,实现信息准确透明和数据共享。为实现商品林按价值厘定费率,则需要分树种、林龄、立地条件等做更为深入的实证研究。Calculation of insurance premium and the insured amount is an important problem in the forest insurance business in China. This paper constructs the calculation model of forest insurance gross rate and coverage base on the pure premium method in fixed capital flows for rate and the actual value, The model is demonstrated be accurate as the case calculation. The constructed model can be used to calculate different stand conditions under different coverage best rate and also can calculate unit area coverage at different rates for setting. It provides a framework of actuarial tool for the design of commercial forest insurance policy according to the forest actual value.It needs to investigate the occurrence probability of forest disasters, insurance company's cost, profit and other data in the application of the model. The forestry department, forestry researchers, insurance companies and insurance researchers must cooperate closely to achieve information accurating and transparenting and data sharing. It needs to do more in-depth empirical research to different tree species, stand age and site conditions forest for commodity forest premium rate making as setting sum insured amount according to its value.
