黄芩汤对晚期胃癌患者血清MMP-2、MMP-9表达的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨黄芩汤治疗Ⅳ期胃癌中的增效减毒作用及对MMP-2和MMP-9表达的影响。方法 :选择60例Ⅳ期胃癌患者,按1∶1随机分组,实验组采用黄芩汤加DCF方案化疗,对照组采用单纯DCF化疗,观察两组临床疗效和MMP-2、MMP-9表达。结果:治疗后实验组血清MMP-2和MMP-9的表达水平明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为20.0%和10.0%(P=0.278),疾病控制率(DCR)分别为76.7%和60.0%(P=0.165);实验组患者生活质量改善情况明显好于对照组(P<0.05),骨髓抑制发生率明显低于对照组。结论:黄芩汤在Ⅳ期胃癌治疗过程中可能起到增效减毒作用,其作用机制可能是通过抑制MMP-2和MMP-9表达发挥作用。Objective：To discuss the reducing toxicity effect and serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase- 2（ MMP2） and matrix metalloproteinase-9（ MMP9） expression in advanced gastric patients treated with Huangqin decoction. Methods：Sixty patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group. The patients were treated with conventional chemotherapy in control group,and conventional chemotherapy and Huangqin decoction in experimental group.The clinical effect and serum levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression were observed. Results：The MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression levels in experimental group were significantly reduced after treatment,with significant difference on MMP-2 and MMP-9 between the experimental group and the control group. The overall response rate（RR） of experimental group and control group were 20.0 % and 10.0% respectively（P=0.278）. The disease control rates（DCR） were 76.7% and 70.0% respectively（P=0.165）. The improvement of quality of life in the experimental group was better than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion：Huangqin decoction can provide well effect for advanced gastric cancer,and its mechanism may be by inhibition of MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression.
