调心安神针法对室性心律失常模型兔心肌血管紧张素Ⅱ受体的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究调心安神针法对于室性心律失常模型兔心肌组织血管紧张素Ⅱ受体(AGTR1、AGTR2)的影响。方法:采用兔耳缘静脉注射氯化钡的方法制作室性心律失常模型。40只新西兰兔随机分为对照组、模型组、针刺组、药物组,针刺组施以调心安神针刺法,药物组给予心律平灌胃。实验完毕后取兔左心室,荧光定量PCR技术检测心肌组织AGTR1、AGTR2的m RNA表达水平。结果:对照组AGTR1及AGTR2的m RNA表达最高,其次为药物组,针刺组AGRT1的m RNA表达与模型组基本一致,而AGTR2的m RNA表达较模型组有增高的趋势。结论 :调节心肌组织AGTR2的表达可能是该针法治疗心律失常的靶点之一。Objective：To study the effect of Tiaoxin Anshen acupuncture on cardiac angiotesin-Ⅱreceptors in cardiac muscle of model rabbits with ventricular arrhythmia. Method：Forty rabbits were randomly divided into four groups：the control group,the model group,the acupuncture group and the medicine group. Rabbits of the acupuncture group received treatment of Tiaoxin Anshen acupuncture. And the medicine group was treated with intragastric. Left ventricle of all the rabbits were taken out to test the expression of AngiotesinⅡ Type 1 Receptor（AGTR1） and Angiotesin ⅡType 2 Receptor（AGTR2） in the messenger RNA（m RNA）levels by realtime fluorescence quantitative PCR. Result：Both AGTR1 and AGTR2 m RNA expression were highest in the control group,followed by the medicine group. AGTR1 were same in both the acupuncture group and the medicine group,and AGTR2 m RNA expression improved a little in the acupuncture group than the model group. Conclusion：Maybe regulating the expression of AGTR2 was one of the therapeutic target spots of Tiaoxin Anshen acupuncture on ventricular arrhythmia.
