电针结合认知训练对腹腔镜手术后认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察围术期经皮穴位电刺激结合认知训练对腹腔镜手术后患者认知功能的影响。方法将60例接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术老年患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用经皮穴位电刺激结合认知训练,对照组常规护理,观察围术期两组患者在精神状态简易速检表(MMSE)方面的变化。对比观察术前、术后血清S100β蛋白含量。结果治疗组MMSE在术后3 d低于对照组(P<0.05),术后7 d两组差异无显著性。治疗组术后血清S100β蛋白含量高于对照组,两组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论围术期经皮穴位电刺激结合认知训练能减少老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术后认知功能障碍的发生率,有利于患者的术后恢复。【Objectives】 To observe the effect of perioperative transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation combined with cognitive training on cognitive function in patients after laparoscopic operation. 【Methods】 60 elderly patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy operation were randomly divided into 2 groups, namely the treatment group and the control group. Patients in the treatment group were treated by transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation combined with cognitive training. And patients in the control group were treated by conventional nursing. The changes of Mini-Mental State Examination（MMSE） in two groups were observed in perioperative period. The serum levels of S100 calcium binding protein β（S-100β protein） were detected at pre-operation, 3 day post-operation and 7 day post-operation, respectively. 【Results】Compared with the control group, the MMSE of the treatment group was significantly higher（ P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences between the two groups at 7 day post-operation. Compared with the control group, the serum levels of S-100β protein in the treatment group were significantly higher（ P〈0.05）. 【Conclusion】 Perioperative transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation combined with cognitive training can reduce the occurrence rate of cognitive dysfunction in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. And that is good for the postoperative recovery of patients.
