24例新型倒刺缝线在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨使用免打结双向锯齿缝线(Quill缝线)连续缝合在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术中应用的安全性及效果。方法回顾分析该院38例单发肌壁间肌瘤并行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术患者临床资料。实验组24例术中行Quill线连续缝合缺损,对照组14例行乔薇线间断内翻缝合。比较两种缝合方法在手术时间、术中出血量及术后恢复上的差异。结果 38例肌瘤患者均完成腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术,Quill缝线组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后最高体温值及术后肛门排气时间上均优于乔薇线组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 Quill缝线连续缝合在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术中的应用安全、有效,简化了操作,降低了手术难度。与传统缝合方法相比,明显缩短了手术时间,减少了术中出血,使术后胃肠功能更快恢复。【Objective】To evaluate the safety and efficacy of continuous suture by QUILLTMSRS for laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy. 【Methods】The clinical data of 38 patients suffering from single intramura myoma underwent laparoscopic myomectomy. Observation group（24 patients） received the application of continuous suture by QUILLTMSRS, while 14 patient＇s interrupted suture by Vicryl thread was analyzed retrospectively. 【Results】38cases were completed in laparoscopic myomectomy. Compared to control groups, the study group was significantly better in operative time, blood loss, maximum body temperature and postoperative discharge time with significantly difference（ P〈0.05）. 【Conclusion】 Compared with interrupted suture by Vicryl thread, continuous suture by Quill TMSRS in laparoscopic intramural myomectomy has the characteristics of shorter operation time, less bleeding and faster recovery. It is worthy of popularization.
