肘关节镜术的临床初步疗效报告

摘　　要：目的初步评价肘关节镜对肘关节疾患的诊断、治疗效果。方法 2010年1月-2013年10月共施行肘关节镜手术11例,采用改良的HSS肘关节评分作为疗效评定标准,随访4～24个月,平均9.5个月。结果优7例、良3例、差1例,优良率为90.9%;患者术后平均15 d恢复日常活动;11例患者中2例术后发生并发症：桡神经牵拉伤1例、游离体残留1例。结论肘关节镜手术创伤小、恢复快、安全可靠;术者具有丰富镜下操作经验及解剖知识,严格遵守操作规范是提高疗效、减少并发症的关键。【Objective】To give a preliminary evaluation of the elbow arthroscopy diagnosis and treatment of elbow disorders. 【Methods】From January 2010-October 2012, 11 cases of elbow surgery were performed in using a modified HSS elbow score as the evaluation standard, up from 4 months to 24 months, an average of 9.5 months.【Results】Excellent in 7 cases, good in 3 cases and poor in 1 case, good rate of 90.9%; patients resumed normal activities after an average of 15. In those 11 cases, postoperative complications occurred in two cases： one case of radial nerve traction injury, loose bodies residues one case. 【Conclusion】Elbow surgery enjoys the advantage of trauma, quicker recovery, safe and reliable; endoscopic surgeon with extensive experience and knowledge of anatomy, strict compliance practices to improve efficacy, reduce complications.
