鼻内镜下改良的三线减张法治疗鼻中隔偏曲疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下改良的三线减张法手术治疗鼻中隔偏曲的疗效。方法对150例鼻中隔偏曲患者施行改良的三线减张鼻中隔矫正术,在术前、术后1个月、术后半年3个时间点,鼻内镜下观察患者鼻腔宽敞度,VAS法评估患者鼻塞变化,鼻阻力仪检鼻阻力变化。结果患者术后鼻腔变宽敞,术后1个月及术后半年VAS评分及鼻阻力值明显减小,差异有显著性(P<0.05),且术后半年较术后1个月VAS评分及鼻阻力值小,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论改良的三线减张法是一种微创、安全、疗效确切的治疗鼻中隔偏曲的术式,值得临床推广应用。【Objective】To evaluate the clinical curative effect of a modified septoplasty with three high tension lines resection by nasoscope.【Methods】150 patients with deviation of nasal septum were operated with a modified septoplasty with three high tension lines resection by nasoscope. For the time point of before the operation, one month and six months after the operation, nasal endoscope was used to observe the change of nasal width, visual analogue scale（VAS） was applied to evaluate the severity of nasal obstruction, rhinomanometry was used to evaluate the nasal resistance. 【Results】All patients broaden their nasal cavity. The both VAS and nasal resistance were reduced one month and six months after the operation, there were statistical significance（ P〈0.05）, also there were significant difference（ P〈0.05） between one month and six months after the operation. 【Conclusion】The modified septoplasty with three high tension lines resection is minimally invasive, safe and effective, and worthy of clinical application.
