摘  要:为了研究近表面植玄武岩纤维(BFRP)筋与外包BFRP布的复合快速修复震损钢筋混凝土圆柱的抗震性能,在4—5d内完成了4根震损圆柱的修复,然后对其进行低周往复荷载试验,得到了各试件在不同BFRP植筋率和BFRP布体积率组合的复合修复方案下的抗震性能指标。在试验数据的基础上分析对比了修复后试件与原试件的延性性能、耗能能力、承载力及刚度退化情况。分析结果表明:经过快速修复工艺修复的4根震损试件,其延性和耗能能力均能恢复到原试件的水平;4根试件的承载力相比原试件均有不同程度的提高。此外,4根试件的刚度基本恢复到原试件的水平,试件屈服后承载力随位移的增大明显增加,试件存在明显的屈服后刚度。试件屈服后刚度与BFRP筋及BFRP布的用量有直接关系,当BFRP布的体积率与BFRP筋的植筋率的比值A在1.80~1.92范围内,试件可以较好地获得屈服后刚度,有效减小残余位移。In order to research the seismic performance of earthquake-damaged reinforced concrete circular column repaired rapidly with composite repair technique of near-surface-mounted basalt fiber reinforced concrete( BFRP)rebars and wrapped BFRP sheets( BFRP rebars-sheets composite repair technique),four reinforced concrete circular columns which were rapidly repaired within 4 or 5 days,were tested under low reversed cyclic loading. And the seismic performance of repaired reinforced concrete circular columns with different contents of embedded BFRP bars and different layers of BFRP sheets was obtained from experiment. Based on the experimental data,the ductility,energy dissipation,bearing capacity,stiffness degradation of repaired columns were compared with the original ones.The results show that all the repaired specimens have similar energy dissipation and ductility,higher bearing capacity compared with the original ones. Furthermore,the stiffness of repaired specimens is recovered,and the bearing capacity is increased with the increase of the displacement applied to the specimens,namely the post-yielding stiffness. However,the value of post-yielding stiffness of repaired columns has the direct relation with the amount of BFRP bars and sheets,and the better post-yielding stiffness of repaired specimens with the ratio λ( reinforcement ratio of embedded BFRP bars vs. volume fraction of BFRP sheets) in the range of 1. 80-1. 92 can be achieved to reduce the residual displacement.
