摘  要:YC4是从养殖池塘分离筛选的具解磷能力的芽孢杆菌,为给后续开发YC4菌肥提供基础资料,根据养殖池塘的环境条件,实验设置了不同温度、盐度、pH,测定YC4菌株在这些条件下48h时的菌量。结果表明,YC4在温度15~35℃,盐度0~35,pH6.0~10.0的范围内能生长;在温度20~35℃、盐度5~20、pH6.0~8.5条件下,YC4菌生长良好。因此,水产养殖环境条件适宜YC4的生长。本研究还考察YC4菌肥施用于养殖土塘后水体活性磷的变化情况,实验设计N+P肥、YC4菌、YC4+N肥、YC4+N+P肥等4种处理方法。结果表明,施用YC4菌或YC4菌肥组相比施用N+P肥组的3组水体活性磷均增加,YC4+N+P及YC4组相比N+P肥组水体活性磷最大增加值有显著性差异(P〈0.05),YC4菌的施用增加了水体的活性磷。本研究表明,YC4解磷菌具有在养殖土塘应用的潜力。YC4 is a phosphate solubilizing bacillus strain isolated from aquaculture ponds. In order to provide funda- mental information for developing a bacteria fertilizer from YC4, its adaptability to aquaculture pond environments was simulated by incubation under a wide range of water temperature, salinity and pH, and its abundance in 48 h was de- termined. The results showed that YC4 was able to grow under water temperature of 15 - 35 ℃, salinity of 0 - 35, and pH of 6.0 N 10.0, with optimal growth under temperature of 20 - 35 ℃ , salinity of 5 - 20 and pH of 6.0 - 8.5, suggesting its applicability under environmental conditions of aquaculture. To further examine the functioning of YC4 bacteria fertilizer, aquaculture earth ponds were treated with four combinations of the fertilizers, N + P, YC4, YC4 + N, and YC4 + N + P, and changes in dissolved inorganic phosphorus (DIP) were determined. The results showed that DIP increments were higher in the ponds treated with YC4, YC4 + N or YC4 + N + P than in those controlled ponds treated with N + P, and the DIP increments for YC4 + N + P and YC4 were statistically significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). The results suggested the important role of YC4 phosphate solubilizing bacillus in enhancing DIP and the po- tential of its application in aquaculture earth ponds.
