摘 要:文中通过水溶性染料一系列试验数据,对膜分离工艺与传统盐析压滤工艺进行对比,阐述了膜分离技术用于水溶性染料生产工艺,不仅能提高产品质量,而且能解决业内多年来难以解决的废水处理问题。膜分离工艺在取代传统盐析、压滤、洗涤等工序的同时,极大地减轻了劳动强度、改善了劳动环境,提高了文明化生产的水平。膜分离工艺是值得推广并切实可行的。This paper made a comparison between membrane separation process and traditional salting-out and pressure filtration technology through a series of testing data on water-soluble dyes. It shows that by applying membrane separation process can not only improve the quality of products and also solve the long-existing problem of wastewater treatment. While it replaces the traditional processes of salting-out, filter pressing and washing, membrane separation process can also largely reduce the labor intensity, improve working conditions and promote the civilized production level. Membrane separation process is feasible and deserves to be popularized.
