摘　　要：奶牛乳腺炎是一种多因素导致的奶牛常见疾病,严重影响奶牛业的健康发展。接种疫苗防治奶牛乳腺炎,被认为是一种最为经典有效的方法。佐剂作为疫苗的重要组成部分,对疫苗免疫效果及安全性起着至关重要的作用。探明疫苗佐剂的作用机制是研制有效乳腺炎疫苗的前提。本文从多个角度对不同佐剂的作用机制和安全性以及目前用于奶牛乳腺炎疫苗的佐剂进行了综述,同时对奶牛乳腺炎疫苗佐剂的研发及应用前景进行了展望,对进一步深入研究和开发高效的奶牛乳腺炎疫苗具有一定的借鉴作用。Dairy cow mastitis is a common disease caused by multi factors,which affect the development of dairy industry,seriously.Vaccinations for mastitis are considered one of the most effective methods for the disease.As one of the key elements of vaccine,adjuvant plays an important role in the immunological effect and safety.It＇s a precondition that prove the mechanism of adjuvant,to develop effective vaccine against mastitis.In this paper,the mechanism and safety of different adjuvants and the adjuvants which used in vaccines against mastitis are reviewed from different angles.The developments and prospects of the adjuvants are also outlined,which has certain functions for the further research and development of high effective vaccines against dairy cow mastitis.
