摘 要:目的了解吉林省统计信息化从业人员现状,探查现有人员配置的缺陷,为建立卫生统计信息化从业人员业务培训的长效机制提供有力依据。方法采用普查方式对吉林省69家县(区)级以上卫生行政部门、232家二级及以上医院中全部从事卫生统计信息化工作的人员进行调查,用Excel2003数据汇总,SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果全省独立统计信息机构数量较少;统计信息化从业人员以30~40岁为主,占总体40.2%,本专科学历占90%以上,所学专业较为分散,职称方面无职称者占39.3%,职业医师占医师职称的70.9%,75.4%人员为科员职务,69.3%人员在编,57.7%从事统计工作人员为兼职,62.6%从事信息化工作人员为专职,从业人员相关资格证书取得情况有待加强。结论卫生统计与信息化机构设置不足,卫生统计与信息化工作人员整体素质不高、从业状况有待完善。应推进卫生统计信息机构体制改革,加大培养力度,提高人员素质,规范信息管理,促进资源共享。Objectives To acquaint the current situation of statistics and information practitioners in Jilin Province, explore the defects of current personnel confi guration, and provide a strong basis of long-term mechanism for those who establish health statistics and information practitioners training as well. MethodsTo investigate the staff working in the 69 county level health administrative department or in the 232 secondary hospitals who are engaged in the work of health statistics information with the method of general investigation, and complete a statistics summary by means of the Excel2003,besides,using SPSS13.0 statistical software for statistical analysis. Results The number of independent statistical information institutions in the province is less. statistical information practitioners are 30-40 years old, accounting for 40.2% of the total. The specialist education accounts for more than 90%, The specialty is more dispersed, and 39.3% of them have no professional ranks and titles, in the aspect of duties, 70.9%of them are staff members,75.4% of them are in the personnel clerk positions, 69.3% of them are personnel in the series, 57.7%of them are statistical staff for part-time, 62.6% of them are engaged in information technology for full-time. Therefore, the qualifi cation certifi cate obtained from the employees needs to be strengthened. Conclusion The setup of health statistics and the information mechanism are insufficient, the overall quality of the practitioners in health statistics and information staff is not high, and the working condition needs to be improved Therefore, we should promote institutional reform of health statistics information and strengthen the potency dimension of practitioners' cultivation. At the same time, we should improve the quality of personnel, regulate information management, and promote the sharing of resources.
