摘　　要：自20世纪70年代，这家包装机械制造厂拥有了超过29ha的土地面积。其总部位于瑞士沃州的山区景观内，距洛桑仅几分钟的路程。公司调整了规划，使生产链集中化，并投入1．8亿瑞士法郎来开发项目。其措施包括在南部建造新食堂和托儿所，并扩建生产设施。Since the 1970s, a manufacturer of machines for the packaging industry has owned a more than 29-hectare area of land only a few minutes from Lausanne in the hilly landscape of the Swiss canton of Waadt. In the course of a restructuring programme with the aim of centralizing its production chain, this company has invested Sfr 180 million here in a development project, The measures include the construction of a new canteen and children＇s creche, and the extension of the existing production facilities on the southern part of the site to a total area of 14,000 m2.
