摘  要:城市电子政务的应用为城市化的可持续发展提供了新的途径,但其自身的发展也受到很多因素的制约。基于此,将以上海市为例,利用系统动力学建模软件Vensim PLE对城市电子政务系统进行建模,并做仿真分析研究。从分析结果可知,城市电子政务不仅和政府对其重视程度及城市居民生活水平有关,城市电子政务系统风险、城市电子政务实现度和电子政务营销投入额对其发展也有重要影响。基于不同参数运行结果的对比分析,最后得出了城市电子政务健康发展的合理化建议。The application of urban e-government provides a new way for the sustainable development of urbanization, but its development is restricted by many factors. Based on the case study of Shanghai, this paper will use system dynamics modeling software named Vensim PLE to model the urban e-government system, and do the simulated analysis research. According to the analysis, the results reveal that urban e- government is related to not only the living standard of the residents in city and government-led emphasis but also the urban e-government system risk, its implementation and e-government marketing investment. The rationalization proposal to the healthy development of the city e-government is put forward under the analysis and comparison between the running results of different parameters.
