摘　　要：目的：探讨氨氯地平联合卡托普利对于高血压合并冠心病患者的治疗效果。方法：选择62例高血压合并冠心病患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各31例。对照组患者采取常规治疗干预;观察组患者给药氨氯地平联合卡托普利。结果：观察组患者的降压有效率和冠心病改善有效率均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对高血压合并冠心病患者应用氨氯地平联合卡特普利的治疗方式效果显著,值得推广应用。objective： to investigate the amlodipine in combination with captopril combined effect of the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease to high blood pressure. Method： choose 62 cases of hypertension with coronary heart disease patients as research object, were randomly divided into observation group and control group （n = 31）. The control group patients treated with conventional intervention; Observation group patients give medicine amlodipine in combination with caplopril. Results： the observation group of patients with antihypertensive effecliveness and coronary heart disease to improve effectiveness were superior to control group, difference has statistmaI signifi- cance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the hypertension combined with amlodipine in combination with coro- nary heart disease patients carter eaptopril treatment effect is remarkable, is worthy of popularization and application.
