经口内镜下肌切开术治疗25例贲门失弛缓症围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨经口内镜下肌切开术治疗贲门失弛缓症的临床护理方法。方法：对2013年1月-2014年11月确诊为贲门失弛缓症（AC）并接受POEM治疗护理进行回顾性分析。结果：25例患者均成功行POEM治疗。其中3例术中少许渗血,经内镜下电凝止血,出血停止;1例出现胸前区皮下气肿,3-4天后气肿消退。结论：POEM治疗AC短期疗效肯定,可以迅速缓解患者吞咽困难,但其长期疗效及远期并发症仍有待随访观察,而围手术期的护理,有助于减少术后并发症的发生。Objective：To investigate the clinical nursing method of peroral endoscopic myotomy for achalasia.Methods：from 2013 January -2014 year in March confirmed the diagnosis of achalasia of the cardia （AC）and received POEM treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Results：5 paG tients were successfully treated with POEM.Among them a little in 3 cases,bleeding,endoscopic eG lectric coagulation hemostasis,stop bleeding;1 cases chest subcutaneous emphysema emphysema subsided,3-4 days.Conclusion：OEM treatment must AC short-term curative effect,can rapidly reG lieve dysphagia in patients,but its long-term efficacy and complications remains to be observed,and nursing in the peri operation period,help to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
