摘  要:针对重钢2500 m^3高炉经济矿冶炼存在入炉品位低、渣比高、原料有害元素增加,以及焦炭质量波动大、硫负荷高等技术难点,通过改变冶炼思路,积极探索高炉经济冶炼技术。2500m^3高炉经济冶炼技术主要包括:适当缩小进风面积,提高风速、鼓风动能,吹透中心,活跃炉缸;上下部制度合理搭配,提高煤气利用率;坚持高物理热,适当提高碱度,控制合理镁铝比范围,改善炉渣流动性;维护好高炉操作炉型;经济喷煤比等。Considering the technical difficuhies brought by low grade of charged ore, high slag ratio, and more harmful elements in raw material faced by Chongqing Steel's 2500 m^3 blast furnace, research is made to obtain economy smelting tech nology for blast furnace by changing the concept with respect to smehing. The achieved economy smelting technologies in 2 500 m^3 blast furnace mainly include properly reducing blast inlet area, increasing blast speed and kinetic energy, making blast penetrating through the center burden, keeping hearth active, coordinating working system of upper part and lower part of furnace, improving gas utilization rate, holding high physical heat, appropriately increasing alkalinity, controlling magnesium and aluminum at reasonable ratio, speeding up slag fluidity, maintaining blast furnace at good operation profile and adopting economy injected coal ratio.
