摘  要:针对微网中分布式电源及负荷的波动性、间歇性特征,采用机会约束建立了反映可靠性和经济性风险置信水平的动态经济调度模型。模型中的经济性同时考虑了微网中可控机组发电成本和不确定性因素导致的高估/低估风险费用。其中高估风险费用采用了3种功率调整优先策略:电网优先的功率调整策略、微网内部机组优先的功率调整策略、混合优先功率调整策略。系统运行的可靠性通过一定风险置信水平下电能供求关系的机会约束来刻画。算例结果验证了所建模型的有效性。Aiming at the characteristics of volatility and intermittence of distributed generator and load in microgrid, this paper presents a dynamic economic dispatch model involving confidence level of economy and reliability risk by using chance constraint. The economy of new model considers both generation cost of controllable units and over- and underestimate risk cost due to uncertainty in microgrid. For overestimate risk cost, three kinds of priority strategies of power adjustment are adopted. One is to purchase the power from the major network. The second is based on the controllable generating units in microgrid, and the third is the mixture strategy. The reliability of system operation is described with the confidence level of risk in respect of the relationship between supply and demand. Numerical tests validate the new model.
