摘 要:以单二极管电路模型为基础,推导了仅包含串、并联电阻和二极管品质因子的光伏电池三参数数学模型,并对其进行迭代法求解,利用求解结果对光伏电池输出I-U(电流-电压)曲线的关键点进行灰色关联度分析,确定了串、并联电阻和二极管品质因子是影响曲线特性的主要因素。在此基础上,提出了光伏电池的Bezier函数建模方法,该方法利用最大功率点代替难以获取的串、并联电阻和二极管品质因子等参数,结合开路电压和短路电流点,借助二阶Bezier函数对光伏电池的输出特性进行拟合。在标准测试条件下对2种不同光伏组件进行建模仿真,将仿真结果与实测结果进行对比,结果验证了所建模型的有效性。讨论了任意条件下Bezier函数在光伏电池输出特性曲线拟合中的应用,以为光伏电池的建模提供参考。Based on single diode circuit model, a three-parameter mathematical model of photovoltaic(PV) cell containing only series resistor(Rs), parallel resistor(Rsh) and diode quality factor(A) is derived and solved with iterative method. Based on the solved results, gray correlation method is used to analyze key points of PV cell output I-U characteristic and it is proved that Rs, Rsh and A are main factors influencing on output curve. Furthermore a PV cell Bezier modeling method is proposed, in which the maximum power point substitutes parameters of Rs, Rsh and A difficult to obtain. Combined with open circuit voltage and short circuit current point, a second order Bezier function is adopted to over-fit PV cell output I-U characteristic. Under standard test conditions, two types of PV cell are modeled and simulated with the proposed method and the simulation results are compared with experimental results in former literatures. The proposed PV cell modeling method is verified to be simple and practical. Fitting application of Bezier function in PV cell output curves under any conditions is studied; it provides a reference for PV cell modeling.
