摘 要:对电网运行状态进行全面准确评价是运行人员驾驭电网的基本要求。以智能电网调度技术支持系统(D5000)提供的大量数据为基础,从安全性、经济性、优质性以及清洁性4个角度出发,构造了一套评价电网运行状态的关键指标体系。同时提出一套综合评价方法,用以计算并量化出评价结果。其中,采用模糊综合评判法与重心法相组合的算法计算各项指标值,分别从主、客观2个角度结合层次分析法和反熵权法计算指标权重。将各指标值加权合成即为最终评价结果。通过安徽电网实例验证,文中所提的评价指标体系及方法易于实现,能全面、准确的反映电网实时运行状态。It is a basic requirement for power grid operating personnel to assess power grid operation status overall and accurately. Based on the mass data provided by smart grid dispatching support system D5000 and from the perspective to security, economy, high-quality and cleanness, a critical index system to assess power grid operation status is constructed. Meanwhile, a comprehensive assessment method is proposed to calculate and quantify the assessment results. In the constructed index system the values of the indices are calculated by an algorithm combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with center of gravity method, and from the perspective to subjective and objective viewpoints the weights of the indices are calculated by AHP and anti-entropy weight method respectively. Synthesizing values of indices the final assessment results is obtained. Results of Anhui power grid based example verification show that the proposed assessment index system and related method are easy to implement and the real-time operation status of power grid can be overall and accurately reflected by them.
