复方玄驹胶囊联合曲唑酮治疗原发性早泄的临床疗效及对精浆生化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方玄驹胶囊联合曲唑酮对原发性早泄(PE)的临床疗效及对精浆生化指标的影响。方法2012年1月至2014年12月选取在男科门诊就诊的68例PE患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表将患者分为观察组及对照组各34例,对照组给予曲唑酮口服治疗;观察组在对照组基础上给予复方玄驹胶囊口服治疗,两组均持续8周。治疗前后采用射精潜伏期(IELT)及早泄量表(PEP)对患者性功能改善情况进行评价。治疗前后采集患者精液,经离心处理后,分别测定两组果糖(Fru)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)及α-葡萄糖苷酶(α-Ghu)。结果两组患者治疗后IELT时间显著延长(P<0.05),其中对照组IELT延长水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后性交满意度、射精控制能力、早泄相关两性沟通困难及早泄苦恼评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后ACP、α-Ghu水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而Fru水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方玄驹胶囊联合曲唑酮能有效改善PE患者性功能及提高患者性生活水平,其作用机制可能与复方玄驹胶囊能调节患者精浆相关生化指标、改变生殖器对性刺激敏感性有关。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and changes in seminal plasma biochemical indices of patients with primary premature ejaculation treated by compound Xuanju capsules and trazodone. Methods A total of 68 patients with primary premature ejection during January 2012 to December 2014 were divided into observation group（ n = 34） and control group（ n = 34） for this study. Patients in control group were given with oral administration of trazodone for treatment,1 time / d; and patients in observation group were administrated with compound Xuanju capsules for oral treatment,3 times / d based on the treatment in patients of control group. The treatment in two groups had been continued for eight weeks. The improvement in sexual function of patients in these two groups before and after treatment had been evaluated by ejaculation latency（ IELT） and premature ejaculation scale（ PEP）. The levels of fructose（ Fru）,acid phosphatase（ ACP） and α- glucosidase（ α- Ghu） in patients of two groups were measured and compared. Results The duration of IELT in patients of observation group was longer than that of patients in control groups after treatment（ P 0. 05）. The satisfaction of intercourse,the ability of controlling ejaculation,difficulties in premature ejaculation related gender. communication and scores of distress of premature ejaculation in patients of observation group after treatment were higher than those of patients in control group（ P 0. 05）. The levels of ACP and α- Ghu in patients of observation group were higher than those of patients in control group（ P 0. 05）,while the level of Fru was significantly lower than that of control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Compound Xuanju capsules and trazodone can improve the sexual function of patients with PE and raise the living standard of sex function of patients,and its mechanism may be related to the compound Xuanju capsules which may adjust the seminal plasma biochemical indices and changes in genital sensitivity related to
