摘　　要：大学生思想政治教育实效测评应该树立哪些评价标准及指标,设置得是否合理,是必须弄清的基本问题。首先构建了大学生思想政治教育实效评价三大维度:知识获取、观念认同和实践行动,然后以这三个维度为基础设计了相应的二级指标体系,最后聘请专家对每个指标进行评价打分,利用层次分析法对指标设置的有效性进行了测试与评价。Evaluation criteria and indicators,which must be clarified,should be established in college students＇ ideological and political education actual effect evaluation. First of all,the paper constructs three dimensions of the evaluation of the efficiency of ideological and political education： knowledge acquisition,identity of idea and practice. Then according to the three dimensions,it designs corresponding secondary index system. Finally the experts are hired to evaluate each index and give a score,testing and evaluating the effectiveness of index set by using layer analysis method.
