3种新药剂对河北省苹果轮纹病病原菌的抑制效果

摘　　要：采用菌丝生长速率法在室内测定了3种新药剂与3种常规杀菌剂对苹果轮纹病病原菌的抑制效果,并测定了各药剂的田间防治效果。结果表明,6种药剂对苹果轮纹病病原菌菌丝生长的抑制效果均达到90%以上,其中戊唑醇、波尔多浆和腐愈灵的抑菌效果最佳,前两者抑制效果达100%,后者为99.71%。田间防治效果与室内抑菌力测定结果一致,且刮除病斑后施药处理的防治效果更好,除甲基硫菌灵外各药剂的防治效果均达到90%以上,波尔多浆、戊唑醇和腐愈灵的田间防治效果最高,防效高于97%。The Inhibition effect of 3 new and 3 general fungicides on Botryosphaeria dothidea was tested by measur- ing mycelium growth rate, and the curative effects of the field were also tested. The result showed that the percent- age of inhibitive efficiency of the 6 fungicides were more than 90 %, and among which, bordeaux paste, tebucon- azole and healing agent had the best inhibition to the growth of Botryosphaeria dothidea. The inhibitive efficiency of the 3 fungicides were 100 %, 100 % and 99.71% respectively. When the fungicides were applied with recom- mended dosage by manufacturers, the results of curative effects and inhibition effect on mycelium growth were con- sistent, and the curative effects after scraping the lesions were better. The curative effects of these fungicides, ex- cept thiophanate-methyl, were more than 90 %. Bordeaux paste , tebuconazole and healing agent had the best control efficiency with a percentage of more than 97 %.
