摘 要:采用常规石蜡切片法及黄酮类化合物定位的组织化学法,研究了药用植物灯盏花营养器官的解剖结构特征及黄酮类化合物在组织结构中的分布。结果表明,在其根中,黄酮类化合物主要积累在木薄壁细胞和分泌腔中。在其茎中,表皮细胞、表面凹陷处的绿色组织细胞、木薄壁细胞、分泌腔中均有黄酮类化合物分布。在其叶中,则主要分布在表皮细胞、叶肉细胞、叶脉中的木质部和分泌腔中。本研究表明灯盏花营养器官中黄酮类物质分布广泛,传统上以灯盏花全草入药的方法是合理的。叶是灯盏花黄酮类化合物积累的主要场所。黄酮类化合物在营养器官中的储藏量为叶>根>茎。By taking the method of anatomy and histochemical localization of flavones, this paper studies on ana- tomical structure of vegetative organ and histochemical localization of flavones in Medicinal plants Erigeron brevisca- pus (Vant.) Hand. -Mazz. The result indicates that in the root, the flavonoids were distributed in xylem parenchy- ma and secretory cavities; in the stem, they were mainly distributed in epidermal cells, green tissue of the surface depression, xylem parenchyma, and secretory cavities; in the leaf, they were mainly located in the epidermal ceils, mesophyll ceils, vascular, and secretory cavities. The study comes up with the conclusion that flavonoids substances in Erigeron breviscapus are widely distributed in vegetative organs, and the traditional method, which is using Erigeron breviscapus herb as medicine, is reasonable. Leaf is the main place for Erigeron breviscapus to accu- mulate flavonoids. Flavonoids in vegetative organs reserve as leaf 〉 root 〉 stem.
