摘 要:针对法兰节点设计中受撬力影响的问题,采用ANSYS进行了非线性有限元分析,考虑了荷载大小以及法兰板厚对撬力的影响。分析结果表明,在施加荷载应力比不超过0.81时,法兰节点变形量与荷载大小保持直线关系,此时可以认为法兰是刚性的。随着板厚的增大,法兰节点的刚度也不断增大,撬力所占的比例呈逐渐下降的趋势,当板厚较大时,撬力的影响趋近于零。法兰节点连接螺栓撬力的影响比规范中要大,建议规范中的公式更改为fbt=0.75f。The ANSYS nonlinear finite element is carried out to analyze the influence on the flange joint design by prying force, considering the effect of load and the flange plate thickness on the prying force. The results show that, in the project designing, the stress ratio of the flange was always controlled to be less than 0. 8, so in this circumstance, the flange could be treated as rigid flange. With the increase of the plate thickness ,flange joint stiffness also increases, pry the proportion decreased, when the plate thickness is large, the influence of prying force tends to zero. The impact of pry force was bigger than the value in the standard, so the formula in the standard was suggested to modified as f tb = 0. 75f.
