摘  要:[目的]为了探明天然表面活性剂茶皂素对重金属污染环境中植物生理生长的影响。[方法]通过设置盆栽试验,将不同浓度梯度的茶皂素溶液加入镉污染土壤中,研究苎麻生理生长和干物质积累状况。[结果]0.1 mmol/L茶皂素会加剧重金属Cd对苎麻的毒害作用,苎麻的株高、茎粗、干物质积累以及叶绿素a都明显低于对照。当茶皂素浓度为2.5 mmol/L时,苎麻的株高、茎粗、干物质积累以及叶绿素a均显著增加。[结论]在重金属Cd污染土壤中,茶皂素对苎麻的生长和干物质积累存在剂量效应。2.5 mmol/L茶皂素溶液能有效淋洗土壤中重金属Cd,对苎麻的生长和干物质积累有明显的促进作用。[ Objective ] The research aimed to explore the influence of tea saponin, a natural surfactant, on the physiological growth of plants liv- ing in a heavy metal polluted environment. [ Method] We made the pot experiments and analyze physiological growth of ramie and the accumula- tions of dry matter by adding different concentrations of tea saponin solutions into cadmium contaminated soil. [ Result] The tea saponin solution with a concentration of 0. 1 mmol/L exacerbated the toxic effects of heavy metal Cd, and its plant height, stem diameter, dry matter accumulation and chlorophyll a were significantly lower than the control group. Tea saponin solution with a concentration of 2.5 mmol/L increased significantly the plant height, stem diameter, dry matter accumulation and chlorophyll a of ramie. [ Conclusion] In the soils contaminated by heavy metal Cd, there is a dose-effect of tea saponin on the growth and dry matter accumulation of the ramie and 2.5 mmol/L tea saponin solution can effectively leach the heavy metal Cd from the soil, playing a significant role in promoting the ramie growth and the dry matter accumulation.
