摘 要:[目的]探究安徽省辣椒疫霉(Phytophthora capsici)的游动孢子囊产量与对辣椒致病力的关系。[方法]采用液体培养的方法对采自安徽的56个辣椒疫霉进行游动孢子囊产量测定,分析游动孢子囊产量与致病力的相关性。[结果]安徽省不同地区的辣椒疫霉菌株在10%V8培养液中的游动孢子囊产量存在极显著差异,辣椒疫霉的致病力与游动孢子囊产量呈正相关,但相关性较小(r=0.165,R2=0.027 2)。[结论]辣椒疫霉产孢性能较稳定,游动孢子囊产量与辣椒疫霉菌致病力的强弱相关性很小,认为不相关。[ Obiective] The objective of this study is to test zoosporangium ablities and relationship between the zoosporangium and pathogenici- ty of 56 strains of Phytophthora capsici. [ Method] The zoosporangium abilities of P. capsici which collected from Anhui Province were tested by liquid culture. The relationship between the zoosporangium abilities and pathogenicity were studied. [ Result] The results showed that all isolates of P. capsici from Anhui could produce zoosporangium in 10% Vs liquid culture and there was extremely significant difference in the zoosporangi- um abilities of P. capsici. The results also indicated there was a positive relationship between the zoosporangium capacities and pathogenicity, their correlation coefficient was on the low side (r = 0. 165, R^2 = 0.027 2). [ Conclusion ] The zoosporangium of P. capsici was steady. There was little correlation between zoosporangium capacities and pathogenicity.
