摘  要:目的 :观察卡托普利对动脉粥样硬化(AS)患者血浆一氧化氮 (NO)、内皮素 (ET-1 )水平及内皮依赖性血管舒张功能的影响。方法 :应用高分辨率超声技术检测 5 2例服用和 48例未服用卡托普利的AS患者的肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能 ,并测定其血浆NO、ET -1水平。结果 :经卡托普利治疗后AS患者肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能得到改善 ,同时血浆ET -1水平降低 ,NO水平升高 ,与对照组比较有统计学差异。结论 :卡托普利能有效改善AS患者的血管内皮依赖性舒张功能 ,并能降低血浆ET -1水平 ,升高NO水平。Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of captopril on endothelium dependent vasodilation function and the levels of nitric oxide(NO) and endothelin 1(ET 1) in patients with atherosclerosis. Methods: One hundred subjects with atherosclerosis were randomly divided into test group treated with captopril and control group.The endothelial function of the brachial artery was measured with high resolution ultrasound techniqne, and their levels of plasma NO and ET 1 were also detected. Results: After therapy with captopril for six months, the level of plasma ET 1 was lowered, the NO level was increased and brachial flow mediated dilatations was improved significantly compared with the control group. Conclusion: Captopril may effectively improve the endothelium dependent vascular vasodilation function, raise plasma NO level and reduce plasma ET 1 level.
