摘　　要：分析了绥化市乡村旅游发展情况,认为绥化市乡村旅游存在缺乏统一的规划、旅游产品雷同、基础设施滞后、经营理念落后、从业人员素质低等问题。在此基础上,提出了绥化市乡村旅游应统一规划,科学开发,加强基础设施建设,塑造旅游形象,协调相关主体利益,强化旅游从业人员的培训,加强城乡旅游合作等对策,以期实现绥化市乡村旅游又好又快地发展。Through analyzing rural tourism in Suihua City, some problems were pointed out, such as lack of unified planning, backward infra- structure, the low quality of employees and so on, based on the above analysis, some appropriate countermeasures on the fast development of the rural tourism in Suihua were put forward, including strengthen the construction of infrastructure, shape the good image of the tourism, strengthen the training of employees, coordinate the interest of shareholders, strengthen urban and rural tourism cooperation and so on.
