摘 要:讨论了相转化法制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜过程中,聚合物原料、溶剂、非溶剂、纺丝参数等对膜结构和性能的影响以及膜的表面改性方法。膜吸收法作为一种新型分离烟气中二氧化碳的方法已受到越来越多的关注,但其除碳效率受膜润湿行为的制约。相转化法制备的不对称海绵状结构PVDF中空纤维膜可以有效缓解膜的润湿行为,为了进一步提高膜的疏水性,则需要对膜表面进行疏水改性。指出,提高碳捕集用PVDF膜的疏水性、增强其抗润湿性能仍将是今后一段时期研究的重点。In the process of preparation PVDF membrane by phase inversion method, the influence of polymer material, solvent, non-solvent and spinning parameters on the membrane structure and performance were discussed and methods for surface modification were also investigated. Membrane absorption method, as a new type of technology for the separation of carbon dioxide from flue gas, has attracted more and more attention, but carbon removal efficiency was restricted by the wettability of membrane. The wetting behavior of membrane could be effectively alleviated by PVDF hollow fiber membrane of asymmetric spongiform structure prepared by phase inversion method. And in order to improve the hydrophobic property of membrane, membrane surface hydrophobic modification was necessary. It was pointed out that improving the hydrophobicity of PVDF membrane for carbon capture and increase its resistance to wettability would be the research focuses in the near future.
