摘 要:对反相乳液法制备的S-g-PAM处理印染废水效果进行研究。在单因素实验的基础上,选择p H、温度、S-g-PAM投加量和搅拌时间作为正交实验的影响因子,以色度及COD去除率为指标,通过正交实验优化了印染废水处理工艺,得到最佳处理工艺参数:p H=7,温度60℃,S-g-PAM投加量为0.6 g,搅拌25 min,此条件下印染废水的色度去除率达97.86%,COD去除率达94.79%。S-g-PAM用于印染废水处理效果好且不会产生二次污染,值得推广使用。The effect of S-g-PAM prepared by inverse emulsion on the treatment of dyeing wastewater was studied here. Factors including pH, temperature, S-g-PAM dosage and stirring time were designed as orthognnal variables based on single factor experiments. Taking chromaticity and COD removal rate as the index, dyeing wastewater treatment process was studied through orthogonal experiments and the optimum treatment index was obtained: wastewater pH being 7, temperature being 60 ℃, dosage of S-g-PAM being 0.6 g and stirring time being 25 min. Under this condition, the removal rates of chroma and COD could reach 97.86% and 94.79%, respectively. S-g-PAM used for dyeing wastewater treatment showed good efficiency and would not produce secondary pollution, which held great promise for the application of dyeing water treatment.
