摘  要:聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺(PMIA)与磺化聚醚醚酮(SPEEK)共混,采用干-湿相转化法制备出了性能良好的平板共混纳滤(NF)膜,研究考察了SPEEK含量对PMIA-SPEEK共混NF膜结构及性能的影响。结果表明,共混NF膜中SPEEK含量越大,膜的致密皮层越厚,内部支撑层指状孔变粗;共混NF膜的纯水通量随着SPEEK含量的增加先增加后减少,而对无机盐的截留率则随着SPEEK含量的增加而增加。在操作压力0.9 MPa,料液温度为25℃下,当SPEEK的质量分数为2%时,共混NF膜的纯水通量可达到45.8 L/(m2·h),对Na2SO4、Mg SO4、Na Cl、Mg Cl2的截留率可达到76.2%、65.9%、22.3%、12.3%。Poly(m-phenyleneisophalamide) (PMIA) and sulfonated ploy (ether ether ketone) (SPEEK) were blended by dry-wet phase inversion method to successfully fabricate fiat blending nanofiltration membranes. The effects of SPEEK content on morphology and properties of the fabricated membrane were investigated. The results showed that the membrane surface layer tended to be thicker, and the finger-like structure of internal support layer tended to be wider with an increasing of SPEEK content in the dope solutions. Besides, the pure water flux increased at a low SPEEK concentration, and then decreased at a higher SPEEK content. However, the rejection for inorganic salt increased continuously with the increasing of SPEEK, Under the operating conditions of pressure 0.9 MPa, temperature 25 ℃ and with 2% SPEEK, the pure water flux of the blend membrane could reach up to 45.8 L/(m2·h), and the rejection percent for Na2SO4, MgSO4, NaCl and MgC12 was 76.2%, 65.9%, 22.3% and 12.3%, respectively.
