摘 要:采用阳极氧化法,以氟化铵和硫酸铵的混合溶液为电解液,在不同的条件下制备TiO2/Ti纳米管(TNA)光电极;以罗丹明B为目标污染物,在光照条件下研究其催化性能。结果表明,在浓度为1 mol/L硫酸铵和0.119 mol/L氟化铵的电解液中,电压20 V,阳极氧化时间60 min,退火温度550℃,制备的TNA光电极有良好的光催化性能;钨掺杂可明显提高TNA光电极的光催化效率;在电压为3 V,掺杂时间为10 min的条件下,获得的W-TNA光电极光催化性能最好;W-TNA光电极光降解质量浓度5 mg/L的罗丹明B 80 min后,去除率可达到97.9%。TiO2/Ti nanotube array (TNA) photoelectrodes were prepared by anodic oxidation process in the mixed solution of NH4F and (NH4)2SO4 at different conditions. Their photocatalytic performance was studied via the degradation ofRhodamine B (Rh.B) under the illumination of visible light. The results showed that the photocatalytic performance ofTNA photoelectrode was the optimum when the mixed solution was 1 mol/L (NH4)2SO4 and 0.119 mol/L NH4F, the anodization voltage was 20 V, the anodization time was 60 rain, and the calcination temperature was 550 ℃. The modification of W could improve obviously the photoeatalytic performance of TNA photoelectrode. The W-TNA photoelectrode had optimal photocatalytic performance when the reduction voltage was 3 V and the reduction time was 10 min. The removal rate of Rh.B (5 mg/L) arrived 97.9% aider 80 min illumination.
