摘 要:通过等离子体吸收光谱(ICP)和气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)的方法,对处理采油废水后陶瓷膜片表面污染物成分进行分析,发现污染物中金属的氧化物和氢氧化物含量较少,油类等有机物质才是造成膜污染的主要原因。采用物理和化学清洗方式对膜片进行清洗,通过宏观观察和扫描电镜下的微观分析得到,污染膜片在50 mmol/L的HNO3的溶液中浸泡12 h后的清洗效果较好,清洗后的膜通量恢复率可以达到96%以上。The components of contaminants which produced by the treatment of wastewater on plate ceramic membrane surface were analyzed by ICP and GC-MS method. It was found that the content of metal oxides and hydroxides was less, and oils as well as the other organics were the main causes for membrane fouling. And then macro observation of experiments and micro analysis of SEM were introduced to get the conclusions. The results showed that treatment in 50 mmol/L HNO3 for 12 h could reach better cleaning effect and the membranes flux recovery could reach 96%.
